Staying Healthy at the Event

  • General Precautions: We encourage all participants to practice good hygiene and follow standard health protocols to minimize the risk of spreading illness. This includes frequent handwashing, covering coughs and sneezes, and staying home if you are feeling unwell.
  • Sanitization Measures: We will be implementing various measures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment, including providing hand sanitizing stations throughout the venue and encouraging regular disinfection of high-touch surfaces.
  • Personal Choice: We respect individual choices regarding mask-wearing. While masks are not mandatory, we encourage attendees to wear them if they feel comfortable doing so.

Speaker Responsibilities:

  • Booth Hygiene: If you are a keynote speaker, please ensure your designated area is well-maintained and sanitized regularly.
  • Personal Precautions: We encourage speakers to practice good hygiene and take necessary precautions to avoid spreading illness.
